So I began slacking in my water consumption area. So I bought and new water bottle. So the past four days I have drank 12 + cups of water a day! This same trick works everywhere. Getting tired of your workout? Find a new one. Tired of the way you have been eating? Try a new way of eating. Switching it up keeps you motivated
It might be more fun to gain Sparkpoints, however I have decided that for me it is more important to gain Fitness Minutes. My new goal is to have more Fitness Minutes at the end of each month than I have Sparkpoints.
When I don't feel like I want to eat the same old stuff just because it's healthy, I go on to sparkrecipes.com and type in something that I am craving and try to find a healthy recipe to use it in, this way I can eat something that I really want while not breaking the diet.
As a cancer survivor, I learned the real meaning of enjoying my life. I count the small moments as true blessings. Many of us don't love ourselves. We give love freely to family and friends only to criticize ourselves. None of us are perfect but we all are important and significant.
This may gave already been posted--15 minutes per day keeps the clutter away, one way to beat the clutter is set the timer for 15 minutes and start putting away items in one room, when the timer rings, you're done for today. Do this each day and you will be caught up before you know it. Know this you can do a lot in 15 minutes when you are focused on only one task.
