Whenever I'm eating something that calls for pasta, tortillias, or bread I use lettuce instead.
If you don't have an icebox upstairs, there is no easy access to anything to eat, you have to think...Am I really THAT Hungry?? Do I really WANT to make that trip up & down the stairs again?? Trust me, it gets tiring. Added bonus, if you do decide you are that hungry & it is worth another trip up & down the stairs you automatically burn calories!
A dietician showed me a 1 year old hamburger from McDonalds. The burger was just hard, it didn't smell, there was no mold on the bun! At first I found this hard to believe but than she pointed out old french fries. Alot of times specially if you have kids you'll find french fries under the seats
Make yourself a big bowl full of healthy treats such as flavored water packets, sugar free candy, Special K snacks, Weight Watchers snacks, 100 Calorie snacks, and Full Bars. Keep whatever you put in it around the 100 calorie range. You can have 1 treat out of it 3 times a day!!
