NO CARBS!!!

Whenever I'm eating something that calls for pasta, tortillias, or bread I use lettuce instead.
Example~ Spaghetti Meatball Salad, Fajita Salad, Cheeseburger Salad.
All the Goodness, Alot Less Carbs!!!!
Not to mention it helps you get more veggies!!!

Watch "Supersize Me"

A dietician showed me a 1 year old hamburger from McDonalds. The burger was just hard, it didn't smell, there was no mold on the bun! At first I found this hard to believe but than she pointed out old french fries. Alot of times specially if you have kids you'll find french fries under the seats

How Good Is IT?

Make yourself a big bowl full of healthy treats such as flavored water packets, sugar free candy, Special K snacks, Weight Watchers snacks, 100 Calorie snacks, and Full Bars. Keep whatever you put in it around the 100 calorie range. You can have 1 treat out of it 3 times a day!!
