Forget the smoothie, it's great as an on-the-go bag of fruit and yogurt. Just grab a fork or dig in with your hands; there are a few varieties and it's only 70 calories per 1/2 cup serving. Although it's kept in the freezer, the fruit doesn't get rock solid, just very cold and refreshing! Perfect for hot days. Another plus - because it's frozen, there are no worries about it going bad.
