I try to do something new every week. This could include a new exercise machine or class, a new recipe, or even try to find a new Spark team. Adding in something new helps me to stay motivated and interested!
I try to batch cook on the weekend and then divide it up into single serve containers. I then have healthy "fast food" lunches and dinners to grab during the week. Saves me money and my waistline!
