Paying Myself

I am really struggling with the big picture because I am struggling with a lot of personal stuff so I am literally paying myself everyday that I take lunch to work and for eating dinner that I made. There is exercise clothing that I want that is a bit expensive so the money is going to buy it for me!

Do Something New!

I try to do something new every week. This could include a new exercise machine or class, a new recipe, or even try to find a new Spark team. Adding in something new helps me to stay motivated and interested!

Batch Cooking = Fast Food

I try to batch cook on the weekend and then divide it up into single serve containers. I then have healthy "fast food" lunches and dinners to grab during the week. Saves me money and my waistline!
