I pretty much hate vegetables. But I've been working on adding them to my diet each day. The best way I have found is to simply add them to whatever I'm eating. If I can sneak them into something I like, that's another serving for the day and another step toward a healthier life.
Any snack items (nuts, dried fruit, trail mix)I bring into my house, I immediately measure into containers with the correct serving size. I find it is too easy to grab a bag of something and eat several servings without even realizing it. Plus the containers make it easy to grab and go as well.
