Short bursts of exercise count! Start with 15, 30, or 1 min of jumping jacks 3-4 times a day. Once you can do one interval without dying, go to the next! Seems like child's play, but it's a great high intensity workout.
Interactive food is more fun, and you pay more attention when eating it. Take 12 whole strawberries, 1 Tbsp lowfat cream cheese. Slice one strawberry, spread a little cream cheese, savor, repeat! Find other ways to interact with your food while you eat it!
When you expect wonderful things to happen, you'll notice a whole lot more wonderful things.
Buy something "gourmet" for yourself! It can be a neato kitchen tool, nice balsamic vinegar, truffle salt (expensive, but worth it!), or anything else that's healthy, exciting, and new. Treats don't have to come with calorie price tags!
