I love my fresh fruit, but I found I was wasting my money when the fruit would go bad before I could finish it. Now to save money if it gets close to browning or going bad I now fresh freeze it. Slice it into small peices and reuse the fresh frozen for smoothies or fruit salad as needed!!!
After I do my daily cardio I like to take a dip in the pool to cool off and do a few laps. It's great because I'm still working out without so much effort or stress on my joints. It's a win win and I end up getting in an extra 30 mins of effortless exercise!!!
