Cheat with a purpose

It can be really hard to diet when you go into it planning to NEVER eat badly again. Decide on specific "cheat days" to have when you reach weight loss goals (i.e. one every ten or twenty pounds you lose, whatever works for you). It can keep you on track when you start craving, and the weight from a single bad day comes off fast when you get back on track.
