Set a small goal for the week. A common one for me? I tell myself to run for at least ten minutes per day. At the end of the week if I have reached the goal I will reward myself with something. It doesn't always have to do with money. I might give myself a spa night or a relaxing evening with a classic movie. If $ allows, I might buy new jewelry or shirt etc. It really gives me something to look forward to!
Sleep in your workout clothes! That way you just have to roll out of bed at laced up your tennis shoes. I've been doing this for a few months now and it really works. When my alarm goes off, I figure I'm already dressed so I might as well get to the gym.
