Rest

Go to bed every night at 8pm. While in the bed, journal, read until 9pm. This is a time for your body and mind to relax. At 9pm, lights out!!! This has changed my life! I have more energy and well organized thoughts and behavior the following day. Plus my 6AM workout is proof of the energy you have with plenty of rest.
