Feeling overwhelmed and losing discipline can be hard to rebound from. I start back when I'm sluggish by a 15 min. walk adding several 3 minute breaks through the day for exercise. It loosens me up and begins the energy. Combining that with 6 snack size healthy meals and I have retrieved the vision.
