Apples need aerobics

My body shape, I just found out, is called an apple shape (lots of belly fat). Therefore, I do a lot of aerobics because I found out that that is the best way to get rid of the belly fat. Not with crunches.

I just keep it moving

Keeping it moving in some manner is key to shaking the weight off in conjuction with proper eating. In additon to my scheduled fitness I run in place, jog to the ladies room, do jumping jacks before returning to my desk after visting the ladies room. Keep it moving!!
