Whether I have got way off track or suddenly realised I just let a few weeks of no focused fitness activity pass, I find that I need to check my calender and block out specific time with specific goals to aim for.
Often thick Towels & Bed sheets don't dry fully in the Dryer & later develope a damp,dank Smell if not dried properly.To beat this add 0.5 cup Vinegar in the last rinse----Hand or Machine wash-----this fluffs up the Bedsheets, Towels softens them and leaves the Clothes with a clean fresh Smell!!
I set up 3 accounts on Quicken. One for savings & investments. One for mortgage, credit cards, loans, etc. And one for checking accounts I use to pay bills, etc. It is motivating to see the Debt decrease and the Savings grow every month. It is also a reality check to track how much you owe or save.
Grab a notebook, scan your cupboards, and plan your meals for the week using ingredients you already have on hand. Make one stop at the grocery store for that week for anything else you need. I find I have less chance to put unnecessary things in my cart if I buy only what I need for the week.
When you are feeling low, take action to do something positive. If you can do just one small thing, it can be a trigger for doing the next small thing, then the next, and before you know it you may have started an upward swing and feel more positive already!
