I have done the 'weight loss routine' for a really long time. Spark People has yielded the best results. It's good to sign up, but it's another thing to be an active participant. Join teams, get Spark Buddies, send Spark Email, read articles. Be an active participant and you will succeed!
Recommended from my C25K group, I thought I would go ahead and try this sports bra out. I am 'well endowed', and have issues with sports bras getting along with 'the girls'. This bra was GREAT - very little bounce, and no wire (which was a surprise for me). Highly recommended - about $30.00
It's easy to look at the final project, but it's important to make sure you allow yourself to have many small victories along the way. A special treat if you exercise a certain amount per week, or lose a pound or two. Always reward EVERY accomplishment, and the big picture will be the grand prize!

My entire life having people tell me that I was 'too fat', or I would be so pretty if I just lost a few pounds. I have realized that this has to be for ME, and not because everyone else wants me to, or because it would make THEM feel better! Now I am focusing on me, and am finally succeeding!
It doesn't matter how tired I am when I wake up in the morning, I still get myself on the treadmill and continue the program. Usually, I am dreading it, but on the other side, when I am done, it was totally worth it!
