Exercise made my day complete with happy thoughts. Without my daily exercises my day is miserable and incomplete with grouchy mind.

PMS is the worst thing to me, some time it pulled me not to do exercises. But I kick my butt to think that this PMS I felt need to do exercises. My secrets it feels me good, and I don't felt my PMs again after my exercises.
