I always used to just delete the team digest emails, until I noticed the member rankings for points and minutes. Now I check them every week and try to move up in the rankings. I'm 4th in the beginning runners team, eighth in my Spark class, and moving up!
Just go do 15 minutes of something every day, go to the gym and walk for 15 minutes, take a 15 minute walk. That's all you have to do and then you're done. If for some reason you're up for more, go for it!
One time in cross country we made shirts with the slogan "The faster you run, the sooner you're done." How true is it. Whenever I'm struggling to get off the couch, I just push myself through by thinking, "just get it over with!"
