No carbs after 6 pm

Avoiding carb rich foods at night can be the most helpful to shed those pounds. Remember just sticking to your calories does not always help if you have lighter morning meals and heavier evening ones. It is essential to start with a heavy break fast and end with the lightest foods. A heavier food eaten during day can be digested due to body activity but a heavy night meal just goes to your target areas when you drift off to sleep emoticon

Think of yourself as the most beautiful, sexiest person born ever (i know it sounds a bit absurd but believe me it works) and trick yourself into thinking your the perfect size and shape. Your body obeys what your mind says. So sooner you will be the pretty gal you always wanted to be emoticon

Lukewarm water !!!

I drink 7-8 glasses of lukewarm water in winter. It makes me feel lighter. Though initially it might be difficult to get habituated to luke warm water, in the long term it aids in digestion, helps us sweat it out and detoxifies the body.
