I bring my lunch to the office. For a quick, yet satisfying lunch, I'll eat one small can of Chunky Beef and Veg. soup over a small baked potato. It totals only 300 calories and is very filling. Enough to get me through the day without wanting to nibble.
I eat most of my calories during the day time and reserve something light for dinner, like soup or a chicken breast and veggies. I work off my calories during the day and tend to sleep better at night when I'm not weighed down.
I always run late for work in the morning, so since I've started the SP plan, I make it a habit of making my lunch the night before. Usually, I'll cook something extra up for dinner, then set it aside for the next day's lunch. I know I'll stick to the plan that way.
