Playing with kids. Whether its hiking to treasure, having sword fights with sticks, or playing pirate wars on the paddle boards, when you are laughing and trying to accomplish a goal (that is not fitness oriented) you lose yourself in the moment!
Completing the sparks coach tasks daily is part of my morning ritual that inspires me and gets me thinking along healthy guidelines throughout the day. It also guarantees that I will get a minimum of 25 sparks points per day.
