Sign up for a group fitness class. It's so much easier to workout when an instructor designs the workout / takes the guess work out for you. I'm addicted to my 7am spinning classes!
I didn't beat myself up for eating too much yesterday or not exercising today. Instead, I'm concentrating on what I can do tomorrow. One step back, two steps forward!

When I don't feel like working out, but know I should, I tell myself this: "If you don't feel better after you workout, you never have to do it again." I always feel better after I workout. :)
I treat workouts like an appointment, and I schedule them early in the morning. I take spinning classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am, and I swim on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7am.
