Drink something with no calories when you are hungry that isn't sweet. Try water or decaf coffee without sweetener. It really helps.

Better tasting fruits

When you take a fruit out of the refrigerator, let it warm to room temperature or warm in the microwave before eating. This will make it taste much sweeter and juicier.
