I LOVE soup!!! Not only is it delicious but it will last you the whole week. If you don't like having to prepare every meal, whether it be because you're in a hurry or you don't like cooking, then soup is the way to go. I've been making a lot of squash, zucchini, and vegetable soups this winter. You can find TONS of yummy recipes on sparkrecipes.com. It makes it easier to track your food every day as well since you can just copy your meals from day to day.
Some days I find it difficult to motivate myself to go to the gym. Instead of getting dressed in regular clothes to take my daughter to school I put on my gym clothes and shoes (even if it's an hour or two before going). It's harder to talk myself out of going if I've already gotten dressed. I know many people work, so this is not an option but you could make a point to change into your gym clothes before leaving work so you have no excuses on your way home.
