In the winter challenge we have started a thread in which we ask our team members to kick our you know what's if we are slacking. We also have to publish a daily goal. I have put this in a blog that I will update everyday. Have my goals set for the rest of December. It makes me feel on top of everyt...
This time I am going to make it because everyday I will spend one entire hour of me time in a row. Doesn't matter with what. Either exercising, reading a book, pampering myself, I have scheduled it in my calendar so it will happen because everything in my calender I do!! Goodluck to you all!!

I can really advice you all to purchase Coach Nicole's DVD's. In 15 minutes you have a nice workout at any fitness level. You can also combine workouts so you can easily turn it into 30-60 minutes of good exercise.
