Moving forward

It's taken baby steps to adopt healthy habits. Ive come so far. We have eyes to look forward, with that said I don't ever want to go back to how i looked before. That keeps me going, knowing how far I've come.

Clicking on Motivational Sparkpages

Whenever I say " I don't want to work out or I don't want to have veggies". I click on motivational sparkpages. This instantly makes me throw on my gym clothes or grab fruit. Knowing that they did it, makes me want to reach my success and be my OWN success story

Versatility is KEY!!

I broke my plateau by changing everything. Upping my caloric intake one day and lowering it the next day. At the gym, I learned if you increase your incline on the trendmill or cross ramp, you burn 100 more calories. It works!!

MOVE IT!!!

Move it! I exercise as much as possible so I can eat more. I go to the gym, but I also walk everywhere I can. Never feeling deprived helps me stay on track!

Do your prep work "I fix the next day's food as I'm making dinner. I'm more likely to pack a nutritious lunch when I have the cutting board and vegetables out already."

* Be a morning person "I've found that a workout is the best reason to get out of bed. I often start exercising at 5 a.m. When I commit to my health that early, I keep making good-for-me choices the whole day

Eat before attending a event

Never EVER go to a party or dinner HUNGRY. That is a huge colossal mistake. Eat something light, I eat a plate with more greenery and grains
