I'm not as hungry if I eat a cup of cooked old fashioned oats w/PB2 in it. The whole grain, complex carbs stay w/ me longer. The protein staves off cravings too. Instead of a Reese's Cup, add some sugar free chocolate syrup to the oats. It's yummy.
It is as easy to cook many servings as it is to cook 1 serving. Place extra extra rice in freezer bags in portions. Cook large vegetable & meat dishes. Use freezer meal containers from Dollar Tree to make your own freezer meals. Put a date sticker on them.
