Keep on Moving

To keep on moving is my secret. I didn't realize how much of a factor this really was until I started doing it. I briskly walk on a regular basis for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week and I truly believe that is what is helping me reach my goals along with healthier food choices.

More, not less

I've broken more plateaus more quickly by eating more rather than less. Borne of discouragement - "If this isn't working, I quit!" - I've found that if I eat a little more over the week, even treat myself a time or two, and that jiggles my metabolism back into losing. Works every time!
