pump up your soup

try adding a serving of brown rice to low calorie cans of veggie soup. I like the progresso light soups. Adding the rice make the soup really filling.

Adding some flavor to your water intake

I like to drink flavored seltzer water. No calories, no sweeteners but a slight flavor plus the carbonation helps you stay full when the afternoon snacking crave hits!

Sweet Treat

When I am craving something sweet I eat a non fat yogurt and dip pretzels in it. It takes longer to eat by dipping the pretzels and you get something sweet.
