The last few days I have been experimenting. I decided to brush my teeth after each meal and snack instead of just morning and night. It helped me not want to eat between meals and snacks. It also works with using a good mouthwash if you can't brush your teeth. "Brush up" work too
While waiting for a bus, I walk back an forth in front of the stop, instead of standing in place or sitting down. Some days it translates into a 10-15 minute walk or more because the bus doesn't show or is late. Walking also allows you to focus on something other then when the bus will come. Keeps...
About 3 weeks ago I started writing a gratitude list every day. I notice that it really helps me stay positive and focused. I write them before bed and the next morning I am much more calm and at peace.
I use the smalestl mason jars to carry my yogurt or cottage cheese to school. I find the mason jars are much better as they don't leak. This way I save money by buying the bigger containers instead of the individually wrapped ones.
I have been eating a little less then a set serving when it comes to cereal. For example, Fibre 1 Honey Almond calls for 1.25 cups as a serving which equals 210 calories. I eat 1 cup at 168 calories for a savings of 32 calories.
