Quit smoking and loose weight

Every time you think about a cigarette put on one fast song and do cardio for just that one song. I did that and lost 5 pounds the first month I quit and never looked back. Good luck!

The mirracles of white vinegar

To remove or set a crease, use a clean cloth to moisten the area with white vinegar and press with a iron. Put a 10% solution of white vinegar in your steam iron to help prevent wrinkles as you wear your cloths. A cup of white vinegar (or more depending upon wash size) added to laundry helps rid your cloths of stubborn odors. Also works on upholstery and carpet.

Nuts in Shells

I buy bulk nuts in shells for snacking. Not onlly are the nuts healthy, but having to shell them slows us down so we eat less. So often snacking isemotional hunger not physical hunger. Just shelling the nuts keeps the hands busy. I get them on-line for 25 pounds at a time to save money.

Habitude

Habit + attitude = habitude. I find what I think really influences how I feel and what I do, so I'm working on developing the habit of a positive attitude of gratitude. It's working. The less I beat up on myself, the more progress i make.

cardio vs cravings

When you get a craving put on an upbeat song and dance or cardio until the end of just one song. By the end of the song the craving is gone and you feel great, plus you can add up to 60 minutes of cardio without breaking a sweat.

For ravenous days

On days I am ravenous I make cabbage soup. I can eat a cup every hour or two without increasing my calories. I feel full all day. Counts as 1 vegetable serving.
