Get all of the unhealthy food out of your house, and don't let anyone bring it in. Portion control is so much harder when the rest of your favourite chocolate bar is right there. Treats are great, but save them for when you're eating away from home and can give the rest of something to a friend or co-worker. If all you have in the house is healthy food, your boredom eating will stop ruining your diet.
For a juicy bird thatís crispy all the way around, first layer potatoes, carrots, and onions on the bottom of the pan. Then season the chicken and place in the pan with the cavity over the center hole. Set the dish on a cookie sheet to collect any drippings and roast as usual.

I wear drawstring pants to work out sometimes. Before tying the drawstring, I tighten my abs. This way I know that when my pants feel tight, I have to pull in my abs. Forces good posture when I work out. I am not talking about holding my breath or cutting off circulation, just tightening the muscles around my waist so the pants fit right. Help me keep my abs engaged!
