I buy these cups that have snap-on lids and hold 2-3 cups of water. It is easy for me to drink water all day. If I lose one or dog eats it, I quickly fall off the wagon.

Chalkboard Accountability

I bought some blackboard paint and made one big blackboard to keep track of my goals, chores, diet etc. I put a few smaller ones in places like the kitchen and door for reminders like groceries.

Brunch
