Messed up? Count it and move on!

I'm sure everyone's had days when they've 'cheated'. It's easy to say I messed up and give up all together. I've done it myself a few times. If you find yourself feeling guilty after over indulging in a favorite snack, scrap the guilt, count the calories, and move on. Every day starts off with a clean slate, and every meal is an opportunity to start over. So scrap the guilt, and jump back on the road to good health bandwagon! emoticon

Rationing portions

Buying individually wrapped products is expensive. Buy all your devilish indulgences in bulk, and portion them out yourself, and reward yourself the day you carry out this task. This way, when you need your fix, its easily at hand and you won't binge, because its already portioned out for you, and as an added bonus, it doesn't break the bank! emoticon
