To sweat the small things. Really!! I almost lost a friend in a car accident, to think that we didn't speak over (whatever) blows my mind.

Both are great.. you can track your meals, exercises, etc. Sparkpeople you can make new friends with the same goals as you... also on weight watchers. There are community boards on Sparkpeople, as well as on Weight watchers.

When I set up my week... Writing down what work outs I will do, setting up my meals for the week. etc. I have no room for failure. So game planning is great to help you stay on track.

What helps me to stay focused on a daily basis is to go on the scale every morning. If I had a bad night the following morning I jump right on the scale. This helps me to stay on track and not let much time lapse so that I regain.

It always great to set goals. First write it down, when you put pen to paper it does something to your brain and it becomes more real. Also it's very important to let others know what your goals are so that you have someone to be accountable to other then yourself.
