Hunger is the enemy!

I try to never allow myself to get hungry. I don't force myself to eat snacks in between a meal but if I need one I get one.

Try New Things

I try at least 1-2 new recipes every couple weeks. Sometimes it is something completely new and other times it is something that I have adapted to be more healthy. I don't even have the same meal more than once a month.

Beat the Bordom

Eating a variety of different foods help shake up a meal, especially casseroles and one-dish meal. It is as easy as adding a side of vegetables, a salad or fruit, or maybe even a whole wheat roll. Same goes with fitness, cycle through several different types of routines every couple weeks.
