Do not count on anyone else to get you to exercise. Be accountable to yourself....only you and you alone can do this and keep it a regular part of your lifestyle..like 5 days a week! You can do it!
On days that I don't feel like exercising or think that I don't have time, I remember that I ALWAYS feel better after I've exercised. I never regret taking that 30-60 mins to exercise but I've often regretted skipping it.
I recently went through a funk, and didn't have the spark I'd started with 5 mos. ago. I thought this was a feeling that would return on it's own. THEN, I realized that determination is not a FEELING that comes over me, it's a DECISION! Once I consciously decided to just DO IT, well, here I am!
Using a magic eraser to clean the tub takes a lot of the elbow work out of removing the residue. Magic Erasers are perfect for almost all household scrubbing, but I have found them particularly helpful when trying to get water spot, residue or rust stains removed from the tub/shower.

I started my journey in Jan 2010. However my journey started before that when I was eating out of control. So, the way I am looking at my weight loss journey is that I didn't put the weight on over 2-3 months it was over several years. So, if it takes me several years to lose 43lbs I'm ok with that.
