Love yourself every day

Staying positive besides my flaws and besides my struggles is the best way to learn to except who you are regardless of your size. You should love yourself whether heavy or thin, round or not. We are who we are, and it comes from the inside, not the outside.

Healthy is catching on

I've found that when I am craving something like chick-fil-a, that I now order totally different than I used to. A year ago I would get a chicken sandwich up-sized with waffle fries and coke, now I order the 8 piece chicken nuggets with the fruit cup and an unsweetened iced tea. Total calories for this meal is around 340.
It just goes to show that little changes like this can make a huge difference and that you can eat healthy any where any time!

When I crave sweets

When I crave something sweet, I will be a normal sized candy bar and split it with my boyfriend. Half the calories and my sweet tooth is gone.

Water before meal

Drinking a glass of water about 30 minutes before I eat, helps me get my full water intake for the day and eat a lot less at each meal.
