Fruit Strips

If you are having a hard time fitting in your servings of fruit or veggies, try going to your local supermarket or health food store and look for organic no sugar added fruit strips. Most contain 1/2 to 1 serving of fruit per bar, usually only 30-70 calories and taste YUMMY! It's an easy way to add in your extra fruit without adding sugar and calories!

Don't be so hard on yourself!

Don't beat yourself up if you have a setback! Just tell yourself that it was a bump in the road but that you'll keep moving forward. Learn to forgive yourself and focus on the future from that point on!
