When I start feeling overwhelmed or like I am not going to be able to accomplish what I need to accomplish - I force myself to stop and take a deep breath. This slows me down from continue on a downward spiral into depressing myself. That deep breath allows me to re-focus and find strength and peace
I've been struggling to get my morning workout in and read my bible every morning due to time constraints. Now I found a free online audio link where I can listen to the bible every morning and workout at the same time. I get to revitalize my body and faith at the same time. WHAT A GLORIOUS DAY!
Every morning the first thing I do is push myself to do a minimum of 100 crunches. This helps me not to have a huge breakfast. Often I end up doing a ten minute routine in the process and wind up working out 2X's in one day - all with just starting with 100 crunches!
Every night before I go to sleep I have started to post a new message in the mirror. In the morning I have my motivational message waiting for me. It has helped me to do my crunches first thing or go for an extra 10 minute walk. A few words of encouragement can go a long way.
