get yourself a buddy

get a friend who shares the same goal as you do and you can keep each other motivated on sticking to the right diet/food. my husband is my buddy and on occassions were i am tempted to overindulge he has kept me focused and dissuaded me from doing that.

On days i indulge in some naughty binging i make up by exercising more. That way it is balanced and i dont feel so guilty.
