Break the routing - Get Results!
I have learned the lesson on how to break the routine and lose the weight in other word the infamous plateau.
I exercise 3 times a day which include walk for 60-75 minutes and then in the afternoon cardio for 35-40 minutes.
Decided to then the days I do cardio in the afternoons do long distance walk without hills, then every other day - sculpt days, do walk with hills, this way I exercise my legs.
Believe me it works!
No flush Niacin
If you are one of those that can't resist the flush of the Niacin to lower the cholesterol then do this. From a pharmacist word.
Take aspirin (if you are not allegic to it) 30 minutes before the Niacin (any milligram), this will help the flush. You won't feel it, confirmed.
I have been doing this for the last 4 days. Also do this in the afternoon.
Sleep more and weight less
It does really works.
Before going to bed drink plenty of water, have a good 8-9 hours sleep, when you wake up, go pee, and weight in, you'll see wonderful weight loss (probably). If you still sleepy go back to sleep but don't sleep too much., don't want to wake up tired of too much sleep.
Did turkey wraps made of romaine lettuce, turkey cold cut and mustard. Excellent, healthy and refreshing.
