We eat a different version of fruit salad every week. I make a big batch on Sundays then we eat throughout the week (usually done by Thursday). It is a nice treat and healthy that always stays interesting. I also end up trying new fruit on a regular basis so that is something that adds some spark to my salad!
If you ever get that "chocolate NOW" craving, try Godiva Choclate Pearls. They are little balls of delight. I get the dark chocolate mint ones for after dinner instead of dessert. They have only a few calories (3) per ball and really satisfy that craving. Another big deal is they are $4 a pack, so you dont overdo it. My pack lasts me a few weeks
My introduction of fish oil pills into my diet has really increased my success. I am surprised at how great I feel. Try it out! (AND NO, My breath does not smell like fish - they are capsules so they don't break until they are in your tummy). I have never eaten fish and I cannot taste them.
