I make a huge base salad at the beginning of the week. I prep other add-ins as well. That way I can have salad everyday with dinner but never get bored with it because the add-ins make it diffferent.
I set my phone alarm to go off when I get off work. This reminds me to put my gym clothes on before I leave work. If I have on my workout clothes there is no excuse not to go to the gym.
