Regular & Diet Sodas

The artificial sweetener in diet sodas increase belly fat and make you crave sweets.
I stopped drinking all sodas (I drank diet) and lost 5 lbs. in the first week (that is the only thing I changed!) and my enormous sweet tooth is now an occasional craving.
