On Sundays, I devote that day to prepping all of my meals for the week, such as, chopping fresh veggies and putting them in containers; seasoning meat/fish for the week and also ironing all my outfits that I plan to wear to work. I set up my daily gym routines on a weekly calendar. This way, during my hectic work week, I make NO EXCUSES to not follow through with my workout commitment.
Focus on your cheek muscles - just above the jaw. Now contract them so that they pull back and upward toward the ears. Contract hard enough so that your lips part slightly and your teeth show. Outstanding. Keep that up.
When I am walking or biking, after 34 minutes I hit my stride. I am into my zone and into whatever audio book or TV show I am watching. The time flies by and I have done an easy hour of exercise. I find a longer exercise session easier than several short ones.
