I am currently spending one day on the weekend planning the full week ahead for meals. I record this on my Spark Daily Nutrition so that each day it has already been done for me. When I open up my Spark for the day, not only is my menu there so it takes out the guess work but my points are recorded. It's one less thing to do on an already tight time budget.
Learn to breath. When you wake up in the morning, take a big cleansing breath. When you leave the house, stop and take a deep breath. Before you enter work or begin your next chore, stop and take a big cleansing breath.
We live in a three level split house. When I have something that needs to go upstairs or downstairs, I leave the item beside the stairway so that on the next trip I can take it with me. This saves me running up and down the stairs needlessly when I am busy. It also gets the kids helping because they can take the item up or down without me asking.
I bike to work each day. This is economical because I don't pay for gas, parking or bus tickets. I am doing something good for the environment and I am getting an hour of exercise each day.
