If you don't like drinking water, try adding a squeeze of lemon. I find it helps me to drink more whether I am drinking hot water (in the morning and before bed) or cold. And lemon does help with the digestive cleanse.

I bike to work each day. This is economical because I don't pay for gas, parking or bus tickets. I am doing something good for the environment and I am getting an hour of exercise each day.
I take my bike to work whenever I can and when I do I put away the equivalent of my bus fare money.
Where I live, it adds up to $5 a day.
At the end of the season I spend the money on something I really wanted.
