Take the top off your sandwich and just throw it away, you save at least 100 calories and the sandwich is still very good
Every chance you get walk don't take a ride. The more you walk the better you will feel. Even if you are not use to walking and have to start slowly. every step you take instead of getting a ride is a betterment to your health.
Making short term streaks like "exercising for 100 days, or no binging for 21 days", helps motivate me to stay on track.
