Apple Cider Vinegar is excellent in boosting metabolism. It is a wonderful fat burner and assists in reducing excess weight. Take 1 1/2 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar in a glass of pure water, twice a day. Do this for approx. 3 weeks and then go off it for a week. Repeat when desired.
