Honey -Lemon combo for weight loss

1)Eat within 20 minutes after waking up.
2)Mornings--Mix honey with a cup of warm water with 2 drops of lemon for weight loss
3) Split your meal. Have 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals a day.
4) Go vegetarian. Eat Raw.
5) And a half an hour cardio .
