Don't jump in to an exercise program that you don't love. If it feels like a chore, try something else!
I have a 44 ounce insulated mini cooler. First thing in the morning I fill it up with water and lots of iceand then again after lunch. It keeps the water cold and is more convienent than running upstairs 8-10 times a day! Makes sure I get my water in and keeps it cold all day!
