Portion Control

Having trouble with portion control? Try the Perfect Plate. It is a specially designed plate with sections in it. It also comes with a snack plate to allow two snacks a day. Miss Chips?

I found a great crunchy snack. Special K makes Cracker Chips in both plain and sour cream and onion. They are in the cracker aisle and have 110 calories for decent serving sizes. 30 chips of the plain flavor and 27 chips for the sour cream and onion. They taste great.

Like Yogurt?

If you like yogurt but not the calories try Fiber One yogurt. It has only 50 calories per serving and is low carb and low sugar.

Get your vegetables in

For a tasty and colorful breakfast try mixing green, red and yellow peppers in 1/2 cup of eggbeaters. I also add onions. It brightens up the taste and looks like a fiesta. It's also a good way to get your vegetables in.
